Hello Club members, I'm a 17(almost 18) years old, 4-H member from Georgia. I have been in the entomology Project for 5 years now. Some of my Top Honors include: 1st place Fair booth, 2nd place fair booth, 3rd place X2 and District Project competition and 2nd place District Project Competition. I was just elected a on the East Reigon Senior board of Directors. I enjoy going out with my friends, listening to music, and looking for cool insects. My latest catch was a polythemus moth. It's really pretty.

I'm nineteen. I live way out in the country but want to move back to the city (I had to return to the parents' place...ick). I am really interested in raising insects and mounting them myself, especially beetles. I just love the variety of beetles out there! I love to learn new stuff, and this is another area I'm interested in. Otherwise, I'm going to become an architect. I drive a Volkswagen Fastback. I have a black cat who has no tail and really long back legs - I say he's built like a hot rod. His name's Nicodemus but I call him "Little Man" because it's easier to say. I love to dance.

We ride our bikes, roller blade, and go to the movie. I like bugs because they are small, funny looking, and smart. And they are really strong!

I am 8 years old and am in the 4-H Rock cafe club. This is my second year in the entomology project. I think bugs are cool. I like collecting them and looking at them under the dissecting scope. Last summer my family went across the U.S. and we collected some great insects, like huge tarantuala hawks in the deserts of Arizona and California. I also caught some big longhorn beetles.

I am 11 years old and a six grade middle school student in Indiana. I was born in Miami, Florida. Seven years ago, we moved to Indiana because of my mom's new job. I really miss Florida. I have been interested in insects since I was a little kid. I can sit in my front yard and observe the insects for hours. I drive my mom crazy all the time because I brought into the house all kinds of insects . Kids in my neighborhood think I am weird. I love to read books about insects. I have tough time to find good books in the library that talk about insects. I hope to get to know other kids that are interested in insects so we can exchange experience.
