Outreaches are scheduled through Alison Neeley, the outreach
coordinator. You can contact her at (352) 392-1901 extension
211. The fax number is (352)392-0190. If you have general questions or would like more information, you may
also email her at adn@ufl.edu.

How far in advance do I need to call in
order to schedule an outreach?
We generally ask that you schedule at least two weeks in advance. Time slots fill up quickly so the sooner you call, the better. (We cannot take requests for dates later than
March 31 at this
time.)

In general, we are available for outreaches Thursdays (8:00 am - 2:30 pm)
and Fridays (12:30 pm - 5:30 pm). However, if we are given enough advanced
notice we can often accommodate other times and days as well.

There is no minimum or maximum number required for an
outreach. Obviously, smaller groups work better for hands-on
activities. We prefer groups of around 10-25 people, but shows can be
adapted for larger audiences as well.

Our address is:
PO Box 110620, Building 970 Natural Area Drive, Gainesville, FL 32611

How far away will you go for an outreach? Outreaches are generally limited to Alachua County and surrounding area. However,
in some cases (for example, leadership training) we are willing to go greater distances.
